Shipping
Customer pays for shipping.

You may request not to have this option, Lanalordlocks.com will not be responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
We generally ship using UPS & United States Postal Service (USPS). With UPS, each parcel is weighed to determine the cost, usually done at the end of processing the order. With USPS we use Priority Mail® Flat Rate and 1st class mail.
Freight shipping: Freight quotes are only good for 24 hours from the time of quote.
Receipt of Parcel(s)
LandlordLocks.com, Inc. is not responsible for missing or lost product after 14 days of confirmed delivery.
Please check your parcel upon receiving. If your package has been damaged notify us as soon as you can.
Products may be returned within 30 days of product delivery with prior approval. All items have to be returned in new condition (ie screw packs intact, never installed or used) and must have all original packaging intact. Keyed items returned are subject to a $6.00 per cylinder rekeying charge. All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Any product deemed "Special Order" will require payment-in-full before product is ordered from manufacturer. Specially ordered product are not subject for return. If a product is received with a manufacturers defect, customers may be referred to the manufacturer for warranty replacement or we may supply appropriate parts to remedy the problem.
Orders
All orders submitted by the website, E-mailed, or called in are subject to all Terms and Conditions stated above. We ask that e-mailed orders be submitted through orders@landlordlocks.com. Orders placed thought employee's contact email are not monitored continuously and should be followed up by the customer to ensure order was received.
